एक परिसर में दो धर्मकांटे होने पर उनमें से एक ही जगह बांट रखने की अनुमति के संबंध में खाद्य नागरिक एवं आपूर्ति विभाग को पत्र


08.04.2021 को दूसरे अनुस्मारक के रूप में, राजस्थान कांटा अस्स्सोसिएशन के सचिव, श्री सुशील अग्रवाल ने श्री नवीन जी जैन, शासन सचिव, खाद्य नागरिक एवं आपूर्ति विभाग, राजस्थान को पत्र लिखा . 

अपने पत्र में उन्होंने 13.03.2021 को हुई बैठक का वर्णन किया जहाँ यह तय हुआ था कि यदि दो धर्मकांटों  के बीच की दूरी 100 मीटर या उससे कम हो, तो उन दोनों कांटो पर बाट माप अधिनियम 2009 के नियमानुसार बांटो के दो अलग-अलग सेट रखने की आव्यशकता नहीं होगी . उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस विषय में वह एक पत्र दिनांक 17.03.2021 को भी लिख चुके हैं.  

सचिव, श्री सुशील अग्रवाल ने विभाग से उपयोक्त निर्णय का एक आदेश जल्द से जल्द जारी करने का निवेदन किया .


As a second reminder, Mr Susheel Agarwal, Secretary, Rajasthan Kanta Association wrote a letter to Mr Naveen Ji Jain, Governing Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies Dept., Rajasthan.

In his letter, he referred to the meeting which was held on 13th March 2021. In the meeting, it was decided that if the distance between two weighbridges is less than or equal to 100 meters, then they shall not be required to keep separate weights for verification. He mentions that he had written a letter regarding the same on 17th March 2021 and had not received any replies.

Secretary, Mr Susheel Agarwal requests the department to make an appropriate decision as soon as possible.
