Public notice released by the Controller, Mr Anil Kumar Agarwal – July 2021


A public notice was released by the Controller, Mr Anil Kumar Agarwal. According to the notice, proper checking of the correctness of any weighing machines by the user and confirmation of the correctness of the machines by the consumers shall be followed as per the provision of Rule 21(4) of the Rajasthan Legal Metrology Rules, 2011. It is mandatory to keep one-tonne weight or a weight equivalent to one-tenth of the equipment’s capacity, whichever may be lesser with the duly attested and stamped equipment. For those who have not yet obtained the verification certificate of the weights, measuring and weighing instruments that are to be verified in the laboratory/camp offices, the late fee has been relaxed till 31.12.2021.


नियंत्रक श्री अनिल कुमार अग्रवाल द्वारा एक सार्वजनिक सूचना  जारी की गई । सूचना के मुताबिक, राजस्थान विधिक माप विज्ञानं नियमो, 2011 के नियम 21(4) के प्रावधान के तहत किसी तौलन मशीनों  के उपयोक्ता द्वारा सही होने की उचित जाँच एवं उपभाक्ताओं के द्वारा मशीनों के सही होने के पुष्टि के लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति / फर्म / संस्था उपयोक्ता, को तौलन उपकरण के स्थान पर सभ्यक, रूप से सत्यापित और स्टाम्पित एक टन का या उपकरण की क्षमता के दसवे हिस्से के बराबर एक बाट, जो काम हो, रखना अनिवार्य है। जिन व्यक्तियों ने अभी तक प्रयोगशाला/शिविर कार्यालयों मैं सत्यापित होने वाले बाट, माप तौलन यंत्रों का सत्यापन प्रमाण पत्र नहीं किया है, ऐसे बाट या माप के लिए दिनांक 31.12.2021 तक विलम्भ शुल्क में शिथिलता प्रदान की गयी है।
