Weighbridges: HC warns Govt to be careful while submitting reports
Shillong, Dec 15: The Meghalaya High Court has cautioned the State government to be careful while submitting reports and disclosing the steps taken with regards to functioning and repair of weighbridges across the State. A division bench of Chief Justice Soumen Sen and Justice Hamarsan Thangkhiew while hearing a PIL today said there are discrepancies in the affidavit when compared to earlier reports.
