RA weighbridge fraud case postponed for PG decision
THE case of Richard Masule Milinga and Grant Charmon Cloete, who face counts of fraud and using office for gratification, was postponed to 20 August 2026 for a final remand for the Prosecutor General, Martha Imalwa, to pronounce herself on whether the matter will stand trial or not after pleas were tendered and investigations were completed. Milinga and Cloete were arrested for allegedly acting in cahoots to steal a weighbridge belonging to the Roads Authority in Walvis Bay,
