At the upcoming Fruit Attraction, Zetapack will present an evolution in the field of weighing machines. The Cesena-based company will showcase an innovation related to the AGV50 weigher, which was introduced in 2024. As CEO Nicola Antonacci explains: "This is a variation of the previous model, and we can define it as an evolution developed to meet new market needs. We decided to call it AGV50-PLUS".

The adaptation was born from listening directly to customers and potential partners. "During meetings with operators in the sector, the need emerged to adapt the AGV50 model to the processing of products destined to pass directly and automatically to end-of-line machinery, avoiding the presence of an operator. In particular, we are targeting those who use screening machines to package their products in nets."
The operating principle remains similar to the original model: two cups equipped with a load cell perform a pre-fill, and the machine selects the optimal combination, choosing from 18 weight possibilities.
The competitive advantage of the Zetapack technology lies in its ability to minimise the "giveaway" in each pack, thanks to the 18 independent cups with load cells, while maintaining a compact machine body that can be easily integrated into any warehouse.
Another characteristic that needs to be highlighted is the unloading of the product, which takes place on a notched belt, ensuring maximum delicacy at all stages of processing, and protecting the integrity of the product by minimising any damage.
Zetapack will be at Fruit Attraction in Hall 10, Stand 27A.
